Prohibits not-for-profit corporations from engaging in unauthorized support of Hamas and nations known to fund middle-eastern terrorist group activity while allowing for recovery of a civil penalty by the State Attorney General and creates a private right of action for violations (A.9416, Novakhov).

State Contracts and Investment Ban

Prohibits state contracting with, and state investment in, persons and businesses that promote or engage in activities to boycott American allies such as Israel (A.7751, A. Brown).
